Returns Policy


Every care will be taken by Wood N Workshop to supply goods that:

  • are of merchantable quality,
  • are fit for the purpose described,
  • match the description on this website; and
  • are free from defects and faults.

However, if you receive a product from Wood N Workshop that is faulty, defective or not suitable for the purpose described you should notify Wood N Workshop as soon as reasonably practicable after this has been identified.

Returns will be accepted within 90 days from the purchase date. Goods must be in the same condition as when sold; unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

Remedy and/or return options will be influenced by the following factors:
- If the product/s that are defective or faulty have had a fair amount of use then you may only be entitled to a repair of the product.

- If the method or manner of how the product/s has/have been used has contributed to or caused the fault, any rights with respect to refunds or other remedies will be affected.

 

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for all returned items will be payable by the customer, unless the item/s are faulty or defective, in which case Wood N Workshop will refund the customer the freight costs.

A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be incurred for returned items which are not faulty or defective. Any goods returned due to change of mind, or any reason other than the product/s being faulty, or when the goods received are not as described, will be at the cost of the customer.

 

Returns Procedure
For all return requests, please contact us by emailing info@woodnworkshop.com.au  quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement. We will then contact you to advise on how to proceed with the return.

Once the goods have been received by Wood N Workshop they will be assessed within 48 hours, and depending on the reason for return, a replacement order can be dispatched to the customer, or alternatively, the customer’s account can be credited with a refund. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment used to purchase the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your nominated bank, credit card or Paypal account.
