Frequently Asked Questions


* Can I place an order with you over the phone?

We currently cannot process orders over the phone. Please order via our online webshop which is available to you at any time.

 

* Can I use a credit or debit card to pay for my order?

Yes, you are able to pay by credit/debit card via the PayPal Express link on the checkout page.

Once you opt to pay by PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can either log in to your PayPal account, or select to pay with a credit or debit card.

 

1. Click on ‘Pay with credit or debit card’:

 

2. Fill in your credit card and billing address details.

 

3. Finally, click on ‘Pay Now’ to complete your transaction.

 

* I have placed my order, now what happens?

If you have paid via Paypal/Credit card, your order will be shipped within 1 business day. If you have paid via bank transfer, orders will be shipped once the payment has been received in full (normally within 2-3 business days).

A tracking confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address to notify you once your order has been shipped.

Standard delivery times for parcels sent within Australia are 2-7 business days, and 3-15 business days for international addresses.
